CardScope is a collectible identification and valuation app operated by ScopeSuite ('we', 'us'). This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
Account details you provide (such as your email address and name), the photos and item data you add to your collection, payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store full card numbers), and basic usage analytics to improve the product.
To provide and improve the service, identify and value your items, process payments and subscriptions, send essential service emails, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Images you scan are used to identify and value your items. Your collection data is private to your account and is not shared with other users.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; core features will still work.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
