CardScope provides AI-assisted identification and estimated valuation of collectibles, plus portfolio tracking. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
All values, condition reads, and identifications produced by CardScope are estimates generated from comparable sales and market data. They are not certified appraisals and must not be relied upon as such. Always confirm with a qualified professional before buying, selling, or insuring any item.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to form a contract.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
CardScope, its branding, and its software are owned by ScopeSuite. Your collection data remains yours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardScope and ScopeSuite are not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimated values, identifications, or any use of the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
